Our cakes are all made in Brading by Lucy. She uses fresh local and seasonal ingredients wherever possible. Lucy also prefers using family recipes which include an Orange Victoria Cake from Elsie (her Grandmother), a Lemon Drizzle from Nora in Bonchurch and a Cioccolata cake from Alesandra in Ventimiglia.
Other popular recipes include salted caramel brownies, coffee walnut cake made with Jasper’s Espresso, gluten free orange marmalade cake, baby bakewells, meringues and spicy cheese scones.
Since Josephine is a French H Van Lucy also likes to offer patisseries including madeleines and macarons of various flavours.
